Zumba Gold - The FUN NEVER STOPS!!! A dance work out class designed for the older adults with simple easy to follow dance combination at a pace suited to help keep fit. It is a party like class set to a wide variety of world zumba and pop music. .

Chair Fitness
Chair gentle fitness - is a sitting exercise using weights to strengthen muscles, maintain healthy bone mass, allow you perform everyday activities like getting out of the chair with great ease, lessen risk of falling and help improve mobility. The exercise is designed to strengthen knees, hips, arms, shoulders, back and core.
Regular exercise improve health & wellbeing, relieves stress, reduce depression and improve self- esteem.

Chair Yoga - uses traditional yoga postures to strengthen, stretch and mobilise the whole body. Chairs are used to aid balance so that poses can be performed whilst seated. The class finishes with a guided relaxation to help restore inner peace and tranquillity.

Tai Chi Qigong - Gentle movements of arms and feet. The exercise increases energy, improve posture and balance, and enhance co-ordination. Works on the health of the whole body. Each 18 movements have a particular benefit to part/ parts of the body. The exercise helps to release tension, strengthen the body, calm the mind and uplifts the spirit.

We meet on regular basis for social activities which include games, knitting, days out, group holidays etc, We believe that playing games is beneficial for the mind and body. They keep our brain active, allow for social interaction and help with memory. So if you fancy a bit of Scrabble, Rummikub, Puzzles, Dominoes, Monopoly, Wooden solitaire, Cards etc, do come along and join us. If you have a game you would like to teach us instead, please do bring it along. We are always keen to learn.

Pilates - Both beginners' and mix-ability class. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level with options; those with some experience can add challenges whilst beginners develop confidence with the Pilates techniques.
Pilates helps to improve posture, mobility of the joints, balance, flexibility, co-ordination and muscular support for the lower back. The class is taught on the mats and involves lying on the front, side and back along with some seated and optional kneeling work.
Zumba Gold with Marika
Zumba Gold with Marika is a latin ispired easy-to-follow, calorie-burning and fitness-party class. The class is a brilliant form of exercise that keeps you fit, helps to burn calories, build stamina and tone the whole body. It is a dance workout with lots of dance flavours. Feel the music and have fun.
