The class is for anyone interested in the health and relaxation side of Chinese internal exercises. We work on various systems of Qigong, Daoyin, Neigong, Zhan Zhuang exercises incorporating physical principles of Tai Chi.
Come along and experience the wonders of these ancient Chinese arts in a friendly and relaxed environment.
